Administrator
- Full access
Technical Manager
Same permissions as the Technical role plus:
- Download agent config
- Edit the AD Sync list
- Edit Agent Groups
Technical
Same permissions as the Ticket User role plus:
- Agents
- Access to agent details i.e. the agent tab
- Submit scripts to agents
- Remote control of agents including commands and VNC
- Monitoring Dashboard
- Windows Product Key Decoder
- Add or modify Health Monitors
Ticket User
- Dashboard
- Tickets
- Ticket Notifications
Staff
- This role is required for the basics of Emsada to communicate to the server
