Install Console

A console installer will be provided and is installed just like any other application. This is installed on technical staff machines.

Run First Start Wizard.

Fill in simple information such as company name and time zone. Create customers or departments.

Deploy Agents

Install an agent on one machine in the network, set the agent to deploy mode and machines will then connect automatically.

That’s it! You’re now ready to create tickets and remotely control your devices.
